It is with great respect and heartfelt gratitude that I write this letter to formally recognize Dr. Keri Peterson for her outstanding dedication, professionalism, and compassion in the practice of Internal Medicine.

Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of bringing my employer—who requires consistent and sensitive medical care—to Dr. Peterson every three months during our visits to New York. What we have experienced in her care is something extraordinary. Dr. Peterson is far beyond what one would expect from even the finest physician; she is a rare combination of brilliance, humility, and humanity.

Dr. Peterson makes herself available to us 24 hours a day. Whether by phone or text—even at 4:00 a.m.—she responds immediately, offers clear guidance, and follows up personally to ensure everything is in order. Her sense of responsibility and presence is unparalleled.

In addition to her medical excellence, Dr. Peterson has demonstrated remarkable patience and intuition. Despite language barriers—my employer primarily speaks Arabic—Dr. Peterson listens carefully, connects with him sincerely, and understands his needs without hesitation. Her emotional intelligence is just as sharp as her medical expertise.

Dr. Peterson is, in my view, a genius in her field. I would strongly and proudly vote for her as Doctor of the Year. She is not only a healthcare provider—she is a lifeline, an advocate, and truly, an angel among us.

I sincerely thank the board and the State of New York for licensing such an incredible physician. Dr. Keri Peterson is an asset to the medical profession and a gift to the patients she serves.
